Mentally Ill: Homeless man near Bulacan Provincial Hospital, ignored.

        This man was abandoned by his family which brought him to his case now, covering his ears, murmuring frantically by himself and yet no help has ever been offered. He was just one among the numerous number of homeless people in Malolos, Bulacan, fighting to survive and yet no help has ever arrived.
